No Physical Shipping: Unlike traditional products, all our services—including physiotherapy programs, customized exclusive videos, and diet charts—are delivered electronically. You will not incur any physical shipping costs or experience traditional delivery delays.

2. Access and Delivery Timeline

A. Initial Confirmation (Immediate)

Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate Payment Confirmation Email. This email serves as your final verification and will confirm the specific date and time you selected for your online consultation during the booking process.

B. Online Consultation Delivery

Meeting Link: Following your payment, you will receive a separate email containing the specific video meeting link (for Google Meet or Zoom) for your booked consultation.

Purpose: This scheduled consultation is required for our qualified professional to conduct the necessary assessment before customizing your wellness plan.

C. Customized Program Material Delivery (Post-Consultation)

Delivery Timeline: After your online consultation has been completed, we require a preparation period of 2 to 4 days (or 48 to 96 hours) to finalize your personalized program.

Content: This includes all customized exclusive videos, PDF files, documents, and diet charts.

Access Notification: Once prepared, you will receive a final notification email with instructions on how to access and download your complete customized program materials from your secure online portal.

3. Payment and Delivery Verification

We accept secure online payments through Razorpay

Important Information for Delivery:

  • Digital Delivery Channels: We exclusively use the client's registered email address to deliver all digital products and service notifications.

  • Consultation Delivery: Online consultations are delivered via video conference links.

  • Verification: By purchasing, you acknowledge that our service delivery is completed upon sending the consultation link or providing access to the digital product/portal. We do not use physical delivery partners.
