1. No Cancellation or Refund Policy


Due to the personalized nature of our digital services (online physiotherapy, custom fitness programs, and diet plans) and the fact that the proprietary work and resource allocation for creating your plan begins immediately upon purchase, Safalfitpro maintains a strict policy of no cancellation and no refunds once a service or digital product has been purchased. All sales are final.
The fee you pay covers not only the delivery of the plan but the time and expertise used for consultation, assessment, and customization, which cannot be retrieved or reused.

 

2. Pre-Purchase Inquiry


We encourage you to thoroughly review the details of your chosen service or product before finalizing your transaction. If you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance regarding the service scope, duration, or expectations, please feel free to contact our support team at     safalfitpro@gmail.com  prior to making a purchase.
 

3. Service Issues or Disputes
 

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your purchased service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve disputes related to service delivery errors made by Safalfitpro, but this does not warrant a financial refund. Resolution will be determined solely at our discretion and may involve a modification or continuation of the service.
