Service Description
Appointment Confirmation: When you book and pay for your physiotherapy service, a secure Zoom link and meeting details will be sent immediately to your provided email address. Per-Session Fee: Please note that the fee paid covers this specific, one-time appointment only. If your treatment plan requires follow-up sessions—whether scheduled in 3, 5, or 15 days—you will need to book and pay for each subsequent appointment separately. ⚙️ Preparing for Your Session To ensure your virtual session is as effective as possible, we kindly ask you to prepare the following before your appointment: Dedicated Space: Please find an area with sufficient, clear space for movement. Stable Setup: Position your phone, laptop, or tablet on a stable surface where the camera can capture your full body movement (head to toe). This allows the doctor to properly assess your condition and observe your exercises. That completes the necessary preparation! We look forward to seeing you at your appointment.
Payment & Policy Agreement
Cancellation Policy We value the dedicated time and specialized effort invested by our professionals in preparing and delivering your confirmed service (whether it is a personalized video, physiotherapy session, or dietary consultation). We require your commitment to the service delivery schedule once it is finalized. Client Commitment (Final Bookings): Due to the specialized, personalized nature of our service creation, scheduling, and preparation, all confirmed bookings and purchases are final and non-refundable. We cannot accommodate client-initiated cancellations, rescheduling requests, or exchanges once an order or appointment has been booked and confirmed. We encourage you to ensure your availability and specifications are correct before confirming your order or session. Our Service Commitment (Rescheduling/Redelivery): In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly delay the delivery of your confirmed service due to an unavoidable and unforeseen circumstance on our end, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the value you paid for. We will proactively reach out to you to reschedule your appointment or redeliver your video/plan at the earliest time convenient within our schedule. Private Medical Insurance and Claims Please be advised that Safalfitpro operates strictly on a self-pay basis. No Direct Billing: We do not collaborate with, nor are we registered providers for, any private medical insurance companies, either in India or internationally. No Claims Support: We are unable to directly bill insurance companies, provide pre-authorizations, or handle any insurance claim submissions on your behalf. Payment Responsibility: You are required to pay the full fee for all services at the time of booking or as agreed upon. Claim Submission: If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, we can furnish you with a detailed invoice (receipt) upon request. It will be your sole responsibility to submit this invoice to your insurance company for any potential claim or reimbursement. By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment.
