Service Description
Appointment Confirmation: When you book and pay for your diet consultation, a secure Zoom link and meeting details will be sent immediately to your provided email address. Initial Consultation: During this session, you and Anjali will discuss your lifestyle, health goals, dietary preferences, and current habits to design the foundation of your plan. Diet Chart Delivery: Anjali will then meticulously prepare your customized diet chart and send it to your email address within one to two days following the consultation. ๐๏ธ Continuous Support & Renewal We focus on delivering practical, manageable charts in stages to maximize adherence and results: Phased Chart Release: We do not provide four diet charts at once. Anjali will send your next customized chart before your current diet chart period ends, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous support. Follow-Up & Renewal: To maintain momentum and adjust your plan as you progress, you must book a new appointment and pay the session fee again after approximately one month (or when recommended). This follow-up consultation allows Anjali to review your progress, discuss new requirements, and create your next tailored diet chart. ๐ฅ This valuable nutrition service is provided free of charge when you sign up for our customized exclusive fitness video service!
Payment & Policy Agreement
Please read this agreement before confirming your booking. All confirmed bookings are subject to these terms. 1. Session Recording & Consent All virtual sessions (Physio, Fitness, Diet) are recorded. By booking and paying, you provide your explicit consent. Recordings are used exclusively for clinical review, progress tracking, confirming advice, and internal quality assurance. Recordings are stored securely and confidentially as per our Privacy Policy. 2. Cancellation Policy (Final Bookings) We value the dedicated time and specialized effort invested by our professionals in preparing and delivering your confirmed service. Due to the personalized nature of our service creation and scheduling, all confirmed bookings and purchases are final and non-refundable. We cannot accommodate client-initiated cancellations, rescheduling requests, or exchanges once confirmed. We encourage you to ensure your availability and specifications are correct before confirming your order or session. Our Service Commitment: In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly delay delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will proactively reach out to you to reschedule your appointment or redeliver your plan at the earliest convenient time within our schedule. 3. Private Medical Insurance and Claims Please be advised that Safalfitpro operates strictly on a self-pay basis. No Direct Billing: We do not collaborate with, nor are we registered providers for, any private medical insurance companies (in India or internationally). Payment Responsibility: You are required to pay the full fee for all services at the time of booking. Claim Submission: If you seek reimbursement, we can furnish you with a detailed invoice (receipt) upon request. It will be your sole responsibility to submit this invoice to your insurance company for any potential claim or reimbursement. By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment and consent to session recording.
